Return & Refund Policy
At Pro-Master Fit, your satisfaction matters. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment process and partnerships with global suppliers, our return and refund policy has specific conditions.
Please read carefully before placing your order.
Order Issues & Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@promasterfit.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo/video of the product and the issue
A short description of the problem
We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue. In most cases, we’ll offer:
A replacement item (if stock is available)
Or a partial/full refund (depending on issue and severity)
Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners and are not stocked in a central warehouse:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and must have prior approval for return.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Clearance or final sale items
Opened supplements or hygiene-related products
Custom or made-to-order items
Any item returned without prior contact and approval
Shipping & Processing Fees
Return shipping costs (when applicable) are not covered by us unless the item is defective or the error was ours.
We do not refund original shipping costs.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we approve a return or confirm a product issue:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider
If you haven’t received a refund after this time, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
International Orders
Customers outside the US may be subject to customs duties or local VAT. These are not refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
Orders that are refused, returned by the carrier, or not picked up may not be eligible for refund.
